Sand Point Second Story Addition & DADU 

A midcentury modern inspired residence that was designed for a couple who wanted to share the house by creating two zones within a single family house.  A second level Master Bed and Bath, and ADU conversion of daylight basement with two separate entries contain their personal quarters.  An L-shaped Entry/Mudroom opens to a new courtyard that houses a large existing tree, shading the Southeast courtyard.  The main level Kitchen/Dining and Living Room contains the common area used by both owners.
