During employment at FulksInc, a high end construction company, I helped design and permit the conversion of an auto repair building to their offices, adding a new steel post & beam structural system and a clerestory loft that brings diffused light throught the office space. The project included a pivoting entry doors which I detailed with the help of OB Williams and custom ceiling - height storage casework.
At Larry Rouch Company, I helped conceive and design the Pioneer Square Cafe/Deruta ceramics store on Occidental Mall. It included opening up an existing brick wall by installing a steel donut to support the opening, color schemes, custom tables and display shelves.
At Miller Hull Partnership, I was employed for 6 months while a project manager was on leave, working on the Pierce County Environmental Services Building, helping to finish up the construction set and working with a principal to complete a custom brochure rack and concrete seating.
