Adaptive re-use of a former Italian grocery store

Client needed a new second floor apartment layout above a future ground floor cafe in a historic grocery building.
Rooftop deck access brings light in to the high ceiling open plan.   Flexible floor plans, engineering coordination and 3D studies were provided for builder to repair and remodel within his budget and schedule.
